Great Lakes Cruise

Cruise All 5 of the Great Lakes on a Deluxe Boutique Ship Lake Superior, Lake Michigan, Lake Huron, Lake Erie & Lake Ontario 15 day cruise/tour - August 28, 2027

Special 2027 sailing

EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS

As a company, we have concentrated on bringing you the best of the best from all over the world. Periodically, we have sprinkled in something special closer to home, i.e., A Mississippi River Cruise, Branson Christmas Shows, Cedar City’s Shakespeare Festival, and American History Tours, to name a few. Our owners have visited all 50 states, experiencing most of what each area of the United States has to offer, but one area has always been a dream they wanted to do – they wanted to sail on a small ship that would sail on all 5 of the Great Lakes. At the end of the summer in 2025, that dream came true. They found a wonderful boutique Victory cruise ship that sailed on all 5 of the Great Lakes. They also found out they had connections with the people overseeing the Victory cruise line. They were able to work out a special deal for our passengers, saving them over $1,000 per person. The group sailed out of Toronto, Canada, on Lake Ontario, down through the locks near Niagara Falls to Lake Erie. They continued sailing from Lake Erie into Lake Huron, followed by Lake Superior. They then turned around after Lake Superior and headed into Lake Michigan. The cruise ended in Chicago. To sum it all up, everyone loved the ship, the phenomenal food, and the wonderful shore excursions. EVERYTHING FAR EXCEEDED THEIR EXPECTATIONS!

Let your imagination set sail and be inspired by enchanting destinations on a small, deluxe boutique ship where your coastal cruise through the Great Lakes will become an adventure of a lifetime. This unique coastal cruise that sails on all five of the Great Lakes offers a refreshing alternative to your usual river and ocean cruises. The Victory ship is an elegant small ship, designed specifically to cruise along the magnificent coastlines and hidden harbors found in the Great Lakes. All of the shore excursions and tours on the Great Lakes are customized especially with you in mind. The INCLUDED shore excursions take you into the community, explore the history, and deliver the best there is to experience at every stop.

The cruise portion of this special cruise and tour takes you from Toronto on Lake Ontario through the many ship locks and connecting rivers into all 5 of the Great Lakes until you reach Chicago. To make your experience even better, we have added a pre-tour with hotels in Toronto and Kingston, Canada, before the cruise, along with a Hotel in Chicago after the cruise. Here is a small sample of what we have added to make this special 5 Great Lakes Cruise even better.

  • 4-hour boat ride in the Thousand Lakes Area on the St. Lawrence River. It includes time to explore the Boldt Castle and its island.
  • Fort Frontenac, which was built in 1673.
  • A special shore excursion is not included with the ship. It is a highlight after highlight day:
    • We will visit The Dearborn Truck Plant – go inside the plant to watch F-150 trucks travel down the assembly line from start to finish – absolutely amazing.
    • Ford Museum – historic cars and original famous vehicles, like the Rosa Parks bus and the presidential limousine that President Kennedy was in when he was shot.
    • The Greenfield Village: 80+acres of actual historical sites moved to Greenfield. Examples include Thomas Edison’s shop, where he created the light bulb, and the Wright brothers’ bicycle shop, where they built their first airplane, both of which are among the many original shops, homes, and buildings preserved in Greenfield Village.
    • You get to ride in an original Model T Ford.
  • Kirtland: Those that are interested, while the ship is parked in Cleveland, we have a separate tour that will visit Kirtland and Kirtland Temple.

Sail on all 5 Lakes

You really can sail on all 5 lakes, even though they are at different heights. All the lakes are connected by rivers and waterways. On some of them, you can get there by the connecting rivers or waterways, but on others, the rivers or waterways between the Great Lakes are not navigable. For example, the Niagara River drains from Lake Erie into Lake Ontario, but other than traveling by barrel over the falls, no ship can navigate the Niagara River. There is a 27-mile canal with a total of 8 locks that will move our ship up or down as needed to be able to sail between Lake Ontario and Lake Erie.

Every day will be another highlight day. All of the touring and shore excursions are included. The truth is, the whole trip exceeded our expectations. You’re going to love the ship, the food, and the shore excursions.

One of the biggest highlights will be when the ship stops at Mackinac Island. Mackinac Island is much like it was in the 1800s. Cars and buses are not allowed on the island. The only transportation is by horse-drawn carriages (which you will experience) or by bicycles. The island’s Grand Hotel was in the movie “Somewhere in Time”.

Why 2027 is the BEST time to do our Great Lakes Cruise!
