TOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Fun For Less Tours Inc. and David Butler, individually, are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Agent" throughout this document.

CANCELLATION PENALTIES
Cancellation for any reason under 90 days before departure: $3,600 is non-refundable.
Cancellation for any reason under 45 days before departure: 100% of all monies paid are non-refundable.
The one exception: If war breaks out again and Israel cancels the tour, 100% of all monies paid will be returned. If Israel ever cancels tours — as it has done during the Iran war and the Hamas war — then Israel returns all monies paid, and we will give a 100% refund.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF REGIONAL CONFLICT RISK
Passenger acknowledges that this tour includes travel to Israel, a region with an active and ongoing history of armed conflict, including but not limited to conflict between Israel and Iran and Israel and its neighboring states or non-state actors. Passenger acknowledges that as of the date of booking, hostilities involving Israel, Iran, and/or other regional parties have occurred, and that further escalation, resumption of conflict, missile or drone strikes, airspace closures, evacuation difficulties, or other war-related disruption could occur without warning at any point before or during the tour.

Passenger voluntarily elects to travel notwithstanding this risk, of their own free will, without having been induced, pressured, or misled by Agent regarding the nature or extent of this risk. Passenger further acknowledges that Agent has not made, and does not make, any representation or guarantee regarding the safety of the region or the likelihood of conflict during the tour period.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Agent acts in its capacity as an independent agent with vendors providing services such as transportation, accommodations and tours for its passengers ("Passengers"). Neither the Agent nor any of its affiliates or representatives shall be liable or responsible for any losses or injury caused directly or indirectly from acts of God, incidents due to water, fire, mechanical failure, acts of governments, wars, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, epidemics or illness, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, defaults, delays or cancellation of or changes in travel itineraries or schedules, or for any causes beyond the control of Agent, or for any loss or damage resulting from insufficient passports, visas or other documents.

The foregoing specifically includes, without limitation, injury, death, loss, delay, or damage arising from armed conflict, military action, terrorism, or hostilities involving Israel, Iran, or any other regional party, whether such conflict is ongoing, renewed, or newly commenced.

Furthermore, neither Agent nor any of its representatives shall be liable or responsible for any illness or disease caused by any Passengers, other passengers, guides, educators, drivers, tour managers, or any other person.

By accepting travel and services from Agent, Passengers agree to the foregoing. Passenger authorizes Agent to use the Deposit for expenses incident to or related to Agent's tours prior to departure. Agent, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and representatives shall not be liable or responsible for any additional expense or other liability sustained or incurred by the Passenger as a result of the foregoing provisions. Should a cancellation occur, Agent's liability shall be limited to funds received by Agent subject to Agent's cancellation policies and the non-refundable Deposit, and Agent is not responsible or liable for defaults of vendors not directly under the control of Agent. Agent assumes no responsibility for any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized acts or omissions of any travel consultant, agency or tour operator.

INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE ON BEHALF OF FAMILY MEMBERS
Passenger agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Agent, its affiliates, and representatives from any claim brought by Passenger's family members, heirs, estate, or dependents arising from Passenger's participation in the tour, including claims for wrongful death, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Passenger represents that they have informed their emergency contact and immediate family of the risks described above prior to travel.

MINOR PASSENGERS
If Passenger is under the age of 18, this agreement, including all waivers and indemnification provisions herein, must mark checkbox and agree by Passenger's parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by its terms on behalf of both themselves and the minor.
